I got this snow thrower in March, 2006 for under $200 from Amazon. I hadn't used it until 2 days ago when south Jersey got hit with a winter storm. I cleared my 2 car driveway in under 10 minutes. I can't speak of it's ability in deeper snow yet but I have no complaints so far and the price is just right. This is a #1 seller on Amazon for a reason. It's light, electric so no gas or oil to mess with, it functioned as advertised and it's made by a dependable company. I also have a Toro lawn mower and leaf blower.
