Have used this snow thrower on two occasions and was pleased with the results in both. In the worst case, after an ice/sleet/snow storm, I thought the rotor blades would surely be chipped or otherwise damaged from the icy snow mix, or from the pileup of snow and ice left by the snow plow at the foot of my driveway that I had to cut through. No damage to the rotor whatsoever.
I like the ease with which you can push the snow thrower and change the direction of the discharge chute. Did not get tired the entire time I was using it (more than an hour and a half). The part I found exhausting was the last ten minutes shoveling and lifting the snow in small areas not accessible to the thrower.
