We have a home in the Truckee, California area in Tahoe/Donner. Our home is at 6,382 elevation. This past week we got a big dump of snow. I was tired of shoveling snow from the two decks we have that do not have EZ access for my motor snow blower. I decided to buy this Toro 1800. I ordered it and it literally came in two days. I unpacked it and began clearing three to five feet of snow from my front and back decks. I could not believe how tough and efficient this little light weight unit is. It made my job of clearing the snow simple. It also saved my back. I wouldn't use this size unit for bigger jobs but for the application I wanted it for it is perfect. I recommend it.
