Purchased late 2008 used in NJ for about 4 moderate snows. In December 2009 the blower would not keep the drive belt on the unit. Apparently something is bent or broken inside. Motor is fine and all external parts are fine. When Toro was contacted they refused to honor the two year warranty since the issue was obvious owner abuse (not in my case). The local Toro repair shop said the repairs on this type of unit would exceed to cost of a new unit. What I have is junk. If your unit does fail, do not count on the warranty.
