The toro 1800 is a nice little machine if you are careful on how to use it. The first time I used mine, everything went fine without a hitch. It cut through the snow nicely. However, the second time I used it, the belts gave out on me. If you force it on thick or heavy snow, be careful. I had to order additional belts which were not cheap. Also, after 2 usages, there are some wears already on the plastic blade.
