When I plugged in the power and pressed the started bar after setup, I smelled the burning smoke. The motor seemed working because it got the motor sound. But the rotor (for collecting snow) did not rotate or move.
In view of the overall good users' comments for the product but with some comments on the quality issues like mine, the product certainly needs better quality assurance before leaving the factory.
