Glad to report that this snowblower met the expectations I had after reading other folks' reviews! With us getting snow almost every other day, this whole Wisconsin December, we're so glad we got this (after 20 years of shoveling our 800 sq. foot apron/driveway!). It's small and light enough for me (4'11") to lift and position effortlessly, yet clears the driveway down to the cement with ease, even after a 6 - 7" snowfall. It handles (and sounds) like a vaccuum cleaner! No gas/oil mix, no priming, no worries -- just plug it in. The cord is not a problem to work around.
