My only use was after the storm with a little snow, but a thick crest from the hail. It worked surprisingly well! I live on a corner in Queens in NYC with a long double driveway. With two passes, all of the snow and most of the 1" ice disappeared.
I wish the key were a little sturdier and that there were two.
As a senior citizen, I also wish the print and diagrams were bigger and esier to read. Aside from difficulty assembling the handle, which I had to get my neighbor to help me with, I am very pleased. I found it easy to operate and was able to do all the work by myself Not bad for an older lady!
