I was given this as a gift some years ago and still use it today. This has to be the best gift ever. It does take some getting used to arranging the power chord around your work, but anyone should be able to figure that out within a couple of tries. It does about 12" of snow tops but I would recommend running a pass when you get to 8" so you dont have to push too hard etc. Other downfalls are the lack of pushing when you have very slushy snow or ice, its just not designed for that level of work though it will push some. Overall its a fantastic product for the jobs that are just a bit too big for the average shovel job. My cleaning time went from an hour shoveling down to 15 minutes tops with this.
