Since I have traveled a lot my wife asked for an electric snow blower to use while I'm away. She doesn't like dealing with volatile fluids and heavy machinery. The last one we had was a Craftsman that lasted 7 years. This unit is lighter and easier to handle and seems to work as well. The instructions say to tip the unit slightly forward when using. This allows the plastic case to sometimes rub on the pavement.
