I've only gotten to use it once this winter and it really worked well. The snow wasn't deep. Only problem I had was that the chute on the end will let the snow spray straight up in the air and of course since there was some wind I got covered in snow as well. Not a real big problem since it takes such little time to clean the driveway. It even blew leaves around and kind of mulched them as well. I don't know if the chute end can be tightened further or not but I think if it did spray more downwards the chute would get clogged so perhaps that is why it sprays upwards. Much easier to shake my clothes off than to bend over and shovel all the snow myself.
