Wonderful for decks and porch roofs. Able to stick it out the window onto roof easily! Since I only ordered it after this years blizzard most of the snow was crusty ice. Still it worked!

Although most of it appears to be made out of plastic the ice did not even scratch it and I was willing to sacrifice the machine to save the roof so I was not going easy on it. I am now well prepared for future winter storms.
