My first shipment arrived without the needed nuts and bolts to put the snow blower together. However, to Amazon's credit, they send me another complete snow blower which arrived 2 days later, and UPS picked up the old one -- GREAT service!!
The snow blower is functioning well - it is small, but that's why I bought it and it does its job very well. Besides the little training wheels it comes with - it is doing an A+ job and I can revommend it.Get more detail about Toro 1800 18-Inch 12 Amp Electric Curve Snow Thrower #38025.
