This product is receiving a "3" because I read many good reviews, but my product had a problem with the shute lever. It wouldn't engage properly to turn the shute from side to side. The lever also seemed flimsy, so I did not ask for an exchange. Get more detail about Toro 1800 18-Inch 12 Amp Electric Curve Snow Thrower #38025.
