Overall: one of the best power tools I have bought, ever.

This machine is light, powerful, and effective. I live in the Boston area, and this has been a very white winter -- with all kinds of snow.
Pros:
- Fast (for its size)
- Effective: throws far, clears down to the pavement
- Light: can easily be picked up to clear snow drifts or to store it
- Electric: no smell, (almost) no maintenance
- Toro really backs their guarantee (long story, ends well)
Cons:
- Not a heavy duty machine; limited to about 12" deep snow
(otherwise you have to pick it up and do two passes)
- Plastic blade can't handle ice or rocks (e.g., in the plow drift)
