One hot day in September, I ordered the Toro 1800 Snow Thrower, then prayed for snow. I got my wish, and then some. I had every confidence that it would work well, but it has performed well above my expectations. Once I figured out the length of the electric cord, and how to maneuver around it, clearing the snow from my driveway was easy. Even better, it was fun - and fast. When I called Toro, I was informed that they would only cover the product if it was their manufacturing defect & not a "maintenance issue", as determined by the repair center. According to them, just because it broke the first time it was used didn't mean it was their fault or their responsiility. (It wasn't a slipped belt.)
